So, I fixed up some egs and sausage for supper, and I figured I’d share the recording on this section of the blog. Its my first attempt at this, and I’m forced to use pocket recorder on my IPhone to do the recording, so its not the best, but its a learning process.

Probably because she’s just now seeing the blog. When we manage to get an instapot, I’ll probably find new ways to make egs.

Hehe, your style of writing tht makes me chuckle. I promise, no mass murders hve happened from my egg cracking yet. But, I’m always looking for better methods.

just, don’t, use, a, knife…

you hold it with your hands and after just tapping it on a bole then put your 2 thums in the egg and its minimal shells
-
Interesting. I’ll try that. I’d think you’d end up with more pieces of shell in your egs, doing it that way.

i use my thums to crack the egg
-
I don’t know, I just do I guess. I definately don’t use a knife……

You have a lot more control on how the shell cracks with either a knife or fork rather than the more imprecise method of cracking on the side of a bowl. How do you open the shell. I’m always looking for better ways.

no, no… no, no, no, no, don’t use a knife to open your eggs, all faith in humanity has been lost…
